Mixing Services
If you’re an artist or recording team aiming for success, you can’t skip mixing and mastering services. Whether it’s vocals or instruments, these services make sure your final product sounds top-notch and professional. With accurate mixing and mastering, you can plan your releases and submit your songs to record labels with confidence.
Due to the nature of our products (offering non-tangible digital products) we DO NOT offer refunds once the product is sent and downloaded because it is not possible to “return” the product and ensure that the product is no longer used.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.
We DO NOT refund for compatibility problems. If you have for example Ableton live 9 instead of 10. It is your responsibility to know your software. We are not responsible for products that does not function properly if your system doesn`t meet the product’s requirements. All our products are tested and guaranteed to work.
We provide examples of the products you are purchasing. You are responsible for ordering the correct product. We cannot exchange your products if you bought the wrong one.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are having issues with the files, if you need technical support, or did not receive your purchase, please email us at contact@HitTemplates.com to resolve the problem!
You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded. There isn’t a refund for downloadable products.
We cannot refund you any money where you have accessed the sounds.
Further, Hit Templates does not refund products, if:
You no longer need the purchased product.
You have already downloaded the product.
You found another product you like better or you’ve changed your mind.
You cannot use the product due to hardware limitations
You cannot use the product due to software limitations
You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge/know-how
We do not make any guarantees for product use with cracked or illegally downloaded software.
All bundle offers are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis. No refunds will be entertained.
All our templates work with all major DAW’s. In our packs you will find: 1 Ableton Live Project, 1 Logic Pro X Project,1 Cubase Project and 1 FL Studio Project. Also you will find 1 folder with all audio samples, 1 folder with all midi files, and 1 folder with all presets for all VST’s used in the project.
When you read the description of our product, you’ll notice that we specify the plugins used in the project file. It’s very important that all plugins to be updated.

Because our products are digital, all sales are final.
However, if the file is corrupted or not as described, we’ll replace it or issue a refund (case by case).
