Hey there! I’m curious about Full Exclusive Licenses for templates. Can you explain what they are?
When you buy a full exclusive license for a template (only available on certain templates), you get the exclusive and transferrable right to use the template however you want. You’ll become the new owner of the template and can sell, share, transfer rights to, and release the master version of the track/template. Just remember, even though you’re the new owner, other customers might have bought non-full exclusive licenses of this item before you placed your full exclusive order, and they’re still allowed to use elements from the template in their music.
After purchasing a product, when can I download the files I purchased?
Just a heads up! After you check out and pay, you’ll get an email with the links to download your files. You’ll also see them on the order confirmation page after payment. Oh, and if you used a HitTemplates user account to order, you can find your downloads on your “My Account” page too. Just a friendly reminder: keep your download links and account info private, okay?
I completed my order, but I didn’t receive my confirmation E-mail with my download link.
This is a rare occurrence, but there’s a chance your email might have ended up in the spam folder or our system might not be getting the payment notification from the payment gateway. If that’s the case, first check your spam folder. If it’s not there, just send us a message on our Contact page and we’ll fix it right away (usually within 24 hours, but usually much faster!).
I didn’t receive any download link after my order was completed. What should I do?
Don’t worry! If, for some reason, you cannot access your download link immediately after payment, one possibility is that the email with your download link got placed into your spam folder (this happens sometimes if you use Hotmail, Gmail, …). Please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received your email after 1 hour, please contact us by using our contact page, and we will send you the download link manually. If you created an account on the HitTemplates website, you can also download the files from your account page.
I’m trying to download my files, but I the archive is broken or corrupt. What’s going on?
This usually happens when the download takes a while, usually because your internet connection is slow or the server is a bit too busy. Just wait a few minutes and try downloading it again. If you’ve tried a few times and it still doesn’t work, don’t worry! Just send us a message on our Contact page and we’ll fix it for you within 24 hours (but usually much faster!).
I purchased a product, but I cannot access my user account. When I try to log in, I get an error “unknown email address” or “invalid login/username”.
If you get an “unknown email address” error when trying to log in, this either means you used a different email address for your account or you haven’t yet created a user account at HitTemplates. This typically happens because you do a “guest” purchase (without creating a user account at HitTemplates). Please go to our Register page and create a user account with the same email address as the one on your order. Your order will then be linked to your new account. If you have any further issues, please contact us.
I have a problem with my order, and I sent you a message. How fast will you reply?
We’re usually super quick to respond, but even when we’re swamped, we’ll make sure to get back to you within 24 hours for any issues you might have with your purchase. If we don’t, don’t worry, you’ll get a full refund!
I accidentally deleted the files from my computer. Can I download the product files from your website again?
The download link that you received after your purchase is availabe for unlimited downloads.
